Cleansing

My Soul helped me take out the trash. The trash that keeps building up in my emotional body. And in my mental body. It is natural for emotions and thoughts to build up, causing tension, restlessness. A feeling like you have to poop all the time. So unless it is transformed into something useful, creatively or physically built into the world around you, or your body, it has to be released.

Perhaps every month. Every year. Every decade. There has to be a cleansing.
